Unless otherwise specified, your username is your first initial and last name.

John Smith = jsmith

If your name appears as "junior" or the "II" or "III" on your member card, please add the appropriate suffix after your last name

Ex: John Smith Junior= jsmithjr

Unless otherwise specifed, your password is your union membership number as it appears on your member card
